Bound is a focus app for iPhone. It helps you restrict selected apps or app categories and stay focused together with people you trust.
Bound uses Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. You choose which apps may be restricted. Bound cannot read the content inside your apps.
This permission is required so Bound can identify the apps you select and restrict them according to your rules. App blocking does not work without this permission.
No. Bound does not get access to messages, photos, passwords, browsing content, or other personal content inside your apps.
Sign in with Apple provides a secure login without requiring a separate Bound password. You can also use Apple’s Hide My Email feature.
Check that Bound still has Screen Time access in iOS. Then restart Bound and your iPhone. If the issue continues, contact support and include your iOS version, Bound version, and a short description of the problem.
You can delete your Bound account and the associated personal data directly inside the app.
If you no longer have access to the app, send a request to support@supremezone.net. Identity verification may be required to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Simon KramerBound is an iOS app designed to support focus sessions and restrict selected apps. Users can create private Circles, send invitations, and manage shared app usage rules.
Depending on how you use Bound, we may process the following data:
Bound uses Apple’s Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity technologies. App and category selections are protected by the operating system. Bound does not gain access to content inside the selected apps, including messages, photos, passwords, or browsing history.
Authentication is handled through Sign in with Apple. Apple processes the sign-in under its own privacy terms. Bound receives a unique user identifier and, depending on your choice, your name and either your actual email address or an Apple relay address.
Bound may use Apple CloudKit to provide and synchronize account, Circle, and configuration data between authorized users. Processing takes place through Apple’s infrastructure. Data is used only to provide the app and its features.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, processing is based in particular on:
Personal data is not sold and is not used for personalized advertising. Data is only shared where required to provide the app, particularly with Apple as the platform, authentication, and cloud service provider, or where disclosure is required by law.
Data is generally stored for as long as your Bound account exists or as long as it is required to provide the app. When your account is deleted, associated personal data is deleted unless legal retention obligations or technically necessary, time-limited backups apply.
You can delete your account directly inside the app. Alternatively, you may send a deletion request to support@supremezone.net. More information is available in the “Delete your Bound account” section.
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, or receive a copy of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
Bound is not specifically directed at children. Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is required under applicable law, the app may only be used with that consent.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when features, legal requirements, or service providers change. The current version will always be published on this page.
